Q1. How long does semi-permanent makeup last?
A1. Semi-permanent makeup typically lasts 1 to 2 years.
The duration depends on your skin type, lifestyle,
and aftercare. Regular touch-ups can help maintain
the results longer.
Q2. Can I return to daily activities right
after the procedure?
A2. Yes, you can. However, the treated area may appear
slightly red or swollen for the first 1–2 days.
During this time, avoid direct sunlight,
saunas, and swimming.
Q3. Can I get a touch-up if I already have
semi-permanent makeup from another place?
A3. It depends on the condition of the previous work.
If the residual pigment is too deep or outside the desired
design range, removal might be recommended
before starting a new procedure. Beauty Flex will provide
guidance after reviewing your case.
Q4. Is it helpful to send photos before the procedure?
A4. Yes, sending photos of your eyebrows
before the consultation greatly helps us
provide detailed guidance. Photos should be taken
with the rear camera (not a selfie), using a regular camera
without filters, focusing on your eyebrows.
It’s okay to exclude your face and focus solely
on the eyebrow area.

A6. An eyelash lift typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks,
depending on your natural lash growth cycle.

A8. Scalp Coloring typically lasts
for several years, depending on your scalp condition
and aftercare routine. Its semi-permanent nature
ensures a natural and low-maintenance result.
Q9. Does Scalp Micropigmentation
(SMP) look natural?
A9. Yes. At Beauty Flex, we use premium products
from the Korean brand ‘Another Black’
to customize designs that match your hair color and scalp.
The results look very natural and blend seamlessly
with your existing hair.
Q10. What are the benefits
of the Scalp Growth Program?
A10. The Scalp Growth Program,
powered by the Korean brand ‘Morivive,’
improves scalp health, activates hair follicles,
and promotes hair growth. Visible results can often
be seen after just 1–2 sessions, with the full program
consisting of 5 sessions for optimal results.
Q11. What are the benefits of Scalp Coloring?
A11. Scalp Coloring offers a natural
and seamless appearance while minimizing
the risk of fading into unnatural tones.
It requires less maintenance and enhances
the aesthetic appearance of your scalp and hair.
Q12. Are there any aftercare
instructions for Scalp Services?
A12. After any scalp procedure,
it’s recommended to avoid direct sunlight,
swimming, and saunas for the first 1–2 days.
Proper scalp care will help maintain
long-lasting and natural-looking results.

Q13. How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
A13. You can reschedule or cancel
your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable,
and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
Q14. What happens if I am late for my appointment?
A14. If you are more than 15 minutes late,
your appointment may be shortened or canceled.
Please contact us in advance if you anticipate being late.
Q15. How should I prepare for the procedure?
A15. Avoid exfoliating treatments and ensure
you stay hydrated before your appointment.
Refrain from using skincare products containing retinol
or AHA/BHA on the treatment area a few days prior.
Q16. Is a deposit required for booking a service?
A16. Yes, a deposit equivalent to 30% of
the total service cost is required at the time of booking.
This amount will be applied toward
the total cost of your service.
Q17. Can I cancel my appointment
and get a refund for the deposit?
A17. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours
in advance to retain your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made
within 24 hours or for no-shows.
Q18. Can I reschedule my appointment?
A18. Yes, rescheduling is allowed if requested
at least 24 hours in advance. If the request
is made within 24 hours, the deposit may be forfeited.
Q19. What happens
if I miss my appointment without notice?
A19. A missed appointment without notice (no-show)
will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Q20. How do I take care of the treated area
after the procedure?
- EYEBROWS: Avoid makeup and
water for the first 7 days.
- LIPS: Apply ointment and
avoid spicy foods for 3 days.
- SCALP: Avoid sweating and
use the provided shampoo after 7 days.
Q21. When should I schedule a touch-up?
- EYEBROWS: Touch-up recommended 4-6 weeks
after the initial procedure.
- LIPS: Touch-up recommended after 6 weeks.
- SCALP: Touch-up recommended 6-8 weeks
post-procedure, depending on individual healing.
Q22. How long should I avoid water after the procedure?
- EYEBROWS Procedure: Avoid water for 3 days.
Be careful not to let water touch your eyebrows
during showers, and use a damp cloth
or cleansing wipes for facial cleansing.
- LIPS Blush Procedure: Avoid water
for 3 days and keep the area moisturized
with the provided healing cream.
- SCALP Micropigmentation: Avoid water for 5 days,
and only use the provided shampoo as instructed.
Q23. When can I start wearing makeup?
- EYEBROWS Procedure: You can resume makeup
after 7 days once the scabs naturally fall off.
- LIPS Blush Procedure: You can wear makeup
after 5-7 days, once the lips are fully healed.
- SCALP Micropigmentation: Makeup is not
applied to the scalp, but you can use
hair styling products after 7 days.
Q24. When can I start exercising?
- EYEBROWS Procedure: Avoid heavy sweating
and intense exercise for 7 days.
- LIPS Blush Procedure: Avoid sweating for 3 days.
- SCALP Micropigmentation:
Refrain from exercising for 5 days
to prevent sweat from interfering with healing.
Q25. What should I do if I feel itching
or irritation at the treated area?
- EYEBROWS & LIPS : Do not scratch or rub the area.
Use the provided healing cream to soothe the skin.
If symptoms persist, contact your technician.
- SCALP Micropigmentation: Gently tap the itchy area
or use the recommended soothing product.
Q26. How can I reduce swelling
or redness after the procedure?
- Use a cold compress gently around
the treated area (avoid direct contact).
- Drink plenty of water and reduce salt intake
to help reduce swelling.
Q27. How should I manage scabs or flaking?
- Allow scabs or flakes to fall off naturally.
Do not pick or remove them manually,
as it can cause scarring.
- Avoid direct sunlight and do not use sunscreen
until the scabs are fully gone.
Q28. How should I use the products provided
after the procedure?
- EYEBROWS & LIPS: Apply the provided
healing cream thinly 2-3 times a day.
- SCALP Micropigmentation:
Wash the treated area with the provided shampoo
after 24 hours, using gentle movements.
Q29. How can I ensure long-lasting results?
- EYEBROWS & LIPS: Protect the treated area
from sun exposure by using sunscreen
after the healing process is complete.
- SCALP Micropigmentation:
Schedule regular touch-ups to maintain the pigment.
- Follow all aftercare instructions carefully.
Q30. When can I drink alcohol or smoke
after the procedure?
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours after the procedure.
- Smoking may interfere with the healing process,
so it’s best to reduce or avoid it if possible.
